Location only when shared
Technician location is shown only when they turn on sharing during work. History is deleted after 7 days.
Safe sign-in

How the fees work
- A job is charged once, when it is first completed. New, assigned and cancelled jobs cost nothing, and there is no charge for invoices, quotations or customers.
- Pay-as-you-go job fees stop at ₹500 in a calendar month: after 100 completed jobs, the rest of that month's jobs are free. Standard and Busy have no job fees.
- Over 2,000 completed jobs in a month, your month or year moves to Busy automatically. You pay only the difference: on a monthly plan that month costs ₹1,299 in total; on Standard yearly, (₹14,000 − ₹7,500) × months left ÷ 12.
- Changing plan: choose any plan from the app. The new plan starts when your current month, year or trial ends.
- Free trial: 30 days or 100 completed jobs, whichever comes first, for selected businesses. After it ends you continue on the plan you chose.
Prices are in Indian rupees, plus applicable taxes. Fees are taken from your prepaid service balance, which you top up by UPI to inaivu IT.
FAQ
Questions service owners ask.
Do I need a computer?
No. SevaiPaar runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and as an Android app. The office can use a computer and technicians their phones.
Which plan should I choose?
Pay-as-you-go suits a small or new team: ₹199 a month plus ₹5 for each completed job, with job fees capped at ₹500 a month, so never more than ₹699. If you complete about 100 jobs or more a month, the Standard plan gives the same ₹699 as one fixed price, or ₹7,500 a year. Above 2,000 jobs a month, choose Busy.
Do you charge per technician or per user?
No. Add as many office staff and technicians as you need, with their own logins. The price is the same.
Can I pay for a year at once?
Yes. Standard yearly is ₹7,500 instead of ₹8,388 (save ₹888), and Busy yearly is ₹14,000 instead of ₹15,588 (save ₹1,588). Change plan from the app; the new plan starts when your current month ends.
What if we complete more than 2,000 jobs in a month?
Your month or year moves to the Busy plan automatically from that job, and work never stops. On a monthly plan, that month costs ₹1,299 in total: what you already paid that month is taken off. On Standard yearly, you pay the difference to Busy yearly for the months left. The next month goes back to the plan you chose.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, for selected businesses: 30 days or 100 completed jobs, whichever comes first, with no fees at all. Ask for it when you book your demo. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
How do I pay?
You keep a prepaid service balance. Recharge by UPI to inaivu IT and enter the reference in the app; we confirm it, usually the same day. The monthly or yearly fee and job fees are taken from that balance. No auto-debit.
Does it make GST invoices?
Yes. Regular GST (tax invoice with CGST/SGST or IGST), composition (bill of supply) or no GST. HSN/SAC codes, and a GST report for your filing.
What if the internet is slow at the customer's place?
The technician can keep working. Photos are saved on the phone and uploaded when the signal returns.
Can I stop any time?
Yes. There is no contract and no auto-debit. If you stop recharging, nothing more is charged, and you can download your data.
